SB 684: SB 684 will increase homeownership opportunities by making it faster and easier to build smaller, naturally more affordable homes. The impetus for this bill was the conversations with this housing working group!

AB 1508: AB 1508 would require the Statewide Housing Plan to include a goal to increase homeownership among first time homebuyers.
