AB 1287 - Middle Income Density Bonus: Requires a city, county, or city and county to grant additional density and concessions and incentives if an applicant agrees to include additional moderate income units on top of the maximum amount of units for lower, very low, or moderate income units, and applies Density Bonus Law (DBL) to the Coastal Act without limitation.
AB 1449 - CEQA 100% Affordable Housing: Exempts from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), until 2033, the planning, funding, and development of 100% affordable housing projects that meet specified location and labor provisions.
