LISC San Diego Black Homebuyers Program

LISC San Diego is proud to announce the San Diego Black Homebuyers Program (SDBHP) -- a down payment assistance grant program seeded by a $1 million contribution from The San Diego Foundation Black Community Investment Fund, along with administrative funding from the County of San Diego, through the office of Board of Supervisors Chair, Nathan Fletcher, and additional funds from LISC. The Program aims to eradicate the racial wealth gap in San Diego County through investment in wealth-building opportunity through Black homeownership.
