Abundant Housing LA and Inner City Law Center are working to together for LA’s ED 1 to be made permanent.

LISC San Diego Black Homebuyers Program
LISC San Diego is proud to offer the San Diego Black Homebuyers Program (SDBHP) -- a down payment assistance grant program seeded by a $1 million contribution from The San Diego Foundation Black Community Investment Fund, along with administrative funding from the County of San Diego, through the office of Board of Supervisors Chair, Nathan Fletcher, and additional funds from LISC. The Program aims to eradicate the racial wealth gap in San Diego County through investment in wealth-building opportunity through Black homeownership.

Restoring Neighborhoods Initiative
Richmond Neighborhood Housing Services is a key partner in the Richmond Housing Renovation Program, which uses Social Impact Bonds for the purpose of rehabilitating and repairing abandoned residential properties in the City of Richmond.

Save CalHome Campaign
Habitat for Humanity CA led the fight to save CalHome, the only source of funding for affordable homeownership construction. Unfortunately, CalHome funding was cut from the state budget in 2024.
